What is the control centre?
It is the heart of the tournament. It is here that volunteers from all the different arenas phone in game scores and they are entered into a software program that helps in calculating which teams are advancing. Then control room workers generate gamesheets for the next round of games.
Gamesheets from across the city are shuttled to the control center where each one is checked and verified. These same drivers take the new gamesheets and deliver them back to all the arenas.
It is also here where decisions are made to "troubleshoot" ongoing occurances
