The Don Henderson Memorial Ringette Scholarship was awarded to Taylor Riffel for the 2012/13 Academic year
There were teams 90 registered with Ringette Calgary and another 22 teams registered with the Calgary Open Ringette Association (CORA). A total of 121 teams participated in League Play.
Southview Ringette disbanded - South Calgary and BowView began hosting their own U16/U19 teams.
Marlayne Brandsgard was presented with a Milestone Award for 20 years with Ringette Calgary.
Bev Kee was the recipient of the 2016 Calgary AA Ringette Service Award
For the 2012-2013 Season Ringette Calgary required that all Calgary team staff 18 years and over complete the Respect In Sport Activity Leader course.
Discussions began with Ringette Alberta for the creation of a Universal Athlete Assessment (UAA) program.
Calgary hosted a Team Canada Training Camp with 27 athletes and 8 team staff in attendance.
Ringette Calgary hosted a U12 Development Program through BiLt RT.
CORA hosted their annual "CORA Classic" Tournament
Five Calgary athletes on Team Canada - Bobbi Mattson, Victoria Russell, Dallas Robbins, Christianne Varty and Shaundra Bruvall.

The 27th Annual Esso Golden Ring was held January 18-20, 2013 and hosted U7 through U19 divisions as well as Calgary Rath (Open AA) games. There were 154 teams in 16 different divisions. In addition to the 90 Calgary teams there were 50 teams from other parts of Alberta, and 14 out of province teams.
There were 297 Games on 396 hours of ice.
There were 70 on-ice officials refereeing tournament games. Referee game fees for the tournament total $17,300. The cost of "importing" referees and transporting them is an additional $3750. Plus, hotel rooms are provided free of charge to all out of town officials. Transportation is also provided to out of town officials to all of their games through volunteer drivers.
Thanks to the many volunteers from Calgary teams who filled the more than 600 volunteer slots.
Participants in the 2013 Esso Golden Ring received a lapel pin, a souvenir poster, a pen and a skate towel. In addition, coaches packages contained misc. coupons, chips, and donated items.
Committee members accumulated 462 draw prizes for players, including 154 custom Esso Golden Ring practise jerseys so every team received 3 draw prizes.
All Bunny and Novice teams (39) received participation medals for their friendship series.
The website was kept up to date with game scores all weekend.

On Saturday at Etwin & NES all U7 & U9 teams received their participation medals and free face-painting and balloon creations to enhance their friendship series.
